Bhubaneswar, Dec 11: The list of 16 accused against whom the CBI has filed the chargesheet in connection with Artha Tatwa fraud Thursday is as under.
1. AT group chief Pradeep Kumar Sethy, (2) Sagar Ray, proprietor of a city-based real estate firm Orisons Properties Ltd, (3) Dilip Mohanty, former general secretary of Orissa Pradesh Congress Committee, (4) Vinit Lalani, a city-based builder, (5) Pravat Tripathy, Banki MLA (6) Preeti Bhatia, a Mumbai-based model and television serial producer (7) Ashok Mohanty, former Orissa advocate general, (8) Madhu Mohanty, owner/publisher of Orissa Bhaskar (9) Deepak Chandratan Pareek, a Mumbai-based stock broker, (10) Dharmendra Bothra, a city cased real estate broker, (11) Bikas Swain, owner of Oriya daily Suryaprabha, (12) Ranjan Das, a former founder member and director of AT Group and owner of Swastik group, (13) Manoj Das, owner of Kamiyab TV channel, (14) Jayprakash Jyotiprakash, a top AT employee, (15) Sambit Khuntia, AT director and (16) Srikrushna Padhi, another top AT Official. The accused were earlier arrested by the Central agency sleuths for their links with the fraud.
