Bhubaneswar, April 1: United Sports Club Gandarpur, defeated Orissa Police 6-5 via the tie-breaker to win the Baramunda Cup football tournament here Wednesday. The winning team bagged a trophy and a cash award of Rs 10,000 which was handed over by state tourism and cultural minister Ashok Chandra Panda.
