Bhandaripokhari: As many as two cattle, 15 goats and 10 chickens were charred to death after a massive fire broke out at a house in Bhadrak district Saturday night.
Four paddy stacks have also been reduced to ashes at Joragadia village under Bhandaripokhari block.
A kitchen and cattle shed have also been gutted in the blaze.
On the receipt of information, fire personnel rushed to the spot and doused the flames after a restless operation that lasted six hours.
However, the exact reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
