Hyderabad: Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming movie ‘Maharshi’, posters of which was released a few days ago. Dressed suavely in a black suit and walking in rain, Mahesh has left his fans guessing about his character in the movie.
It is being said that Mahesh Babu may be appearing in five different roles in the Vamsi Paidapally-directed movie and this look of an entrepreneur will be his second look. The film is likely to showcase the transition of his character from a college student to an entrepreneur.
With ‘Maharshi’ expected to release April 9 this year, Mahesh Babu is likely to take up his next project with director Sukumar. This will be the second movie of Mahesh with Sukumar after ‘1- Nenokkadine’.
However, the cast and crew of the Mahesh-Sukumar’s next has not been finalised yet.
If reports doing buzz in the media are to be believed, the director is planning to rope in a Bollywood actress to pair up with the Telegu handsome hunk… And the rumour mills churning out that the Bollywood diva will be none other than the ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actress Katrina Kaif.
Katrina is recently busy with the shooting of her upcoming movie ‘Bharat’ with co-star Salman Khan. If the actress agrees to Sukumar-Mahesh movie, this will be her third Telegu film after ‘Malliswari’ opposite Venkatesh in 2004 and ‘Allari Pidugu’ opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna in 2005.
Meanwhile, there has been no official confirmation from any source regarding Katrina being featured in the Mahesh-Sukumar upcoming movie. However, if the actress gives a nod for the movie, fans will really be excited to see Mahesh and Katrina pairing for each other.
