Bolangir: In a shocking incident, a college girl was allegedly raped by a school teacher in Kantabanji area under Muribahal police limits in Bolangir district.
The matter came to the fore after the victim lodged a written complaint against the rapist teacher Friday, informed police.
According to the complainant, the victim was on her way to college when the teacher approached her on the pretext of giving her a lift. However, mid-way he waylaid her and took her to an isolated place where he outraged her modesty.
The victim made the complaint after some obscene photos of her went viral on social media, sources said.
