Daringbadi: BJD’s MP nominee for Kandhamal Achyuta Samant and BJD’s MLA candidate for G Udaygiri Assembly segment Saluga Pradhan have stepped up their campaign in Daringbadi block through rallies, road shows and meetings.
The two leaders canvassed for votes at Pliheri, Mukcheri, Saripingi, Budhaguda, Brahmanigan, Jhinkiriguda and Gadarpur during the last two days.
Accompanied by their thousands of supporters, the two BJD leaders convinced people about various development and welfare programmes of the Naveen Pantanik government and approached people for their votes.
Their supporters urged the people to elect Samant as MP and Sluga as MLA in the ensuing polls so as to carry forward the development work of the government.
Similarly, Congress nominee for G Udaygiri assembly seat Shyamghan Pradah has also intensified his campaign in Daringbadi.
He campaigned at Budhaguda, Simanbadi, Tilori, Brahmanigan and other areas seeking votes. Pradhan has been highlighting the alleged failures of the government before the people.
