‘Kalyug’ actress Smilie Suri is celebrating her birthday. She was born April 30, 1983 in Mumbai.
She has been away from the world of glamour since years. In an interview the actor said that she was battling depression and related issues which led her to stay mentally very disturbed.
Smilie had told that after the demise of her father and grandmother, she was heartbroken and went into a depression. Besides, she had also started keeping herself away from social media.
To tackle her depression problem, she started doing Pole dance among other things to keep herself busy.
Worth mentioning, she made her debut in Hindi movie industry way back in 2005 with the film ‘Kalyug’, which was her brother’s directorial debut as well.
At that time Smilie was equipped with a curvy figure and glamorous looks, but now her looks will lead you into shock. It is also very difficult to recognize her as she has put on a lot of weight.
Good news is, she has now returned to the social platform, and often shares her photographs and videos on her Instagram account. Smilie added that she started doing meditation as well. Along with this, she is currently doing acupuncture Therapy and Yoga.
Talking about her personal life, she is the sister of film director Mohit Suri and the niece of Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt.
