Bhubaneswar: Signature 24 Productions, a well known event management company and production house, Saturday launched its annual calendar here featuring top Odia film actor Babushaan Mohanty. The theme for this year is ‘The Generation of Tomorrow’.
Company’s founder director Joyeeta Roy said, “Babushaan loves kids and the theme is something which all can relate to. Every child is special in his own way and deserves our love, support and care to prosper in life. The actor can be seen conveying similar kinds of social messages on each page of the annual almanac.”
All kids are unique in their own way, no matter which family they come from. They belong to the generation of tomorrow, which is why she and her associates thought of presenting a calendar on this subject, added Roy.
Babushaan, along with her star parents – Aparajita and Uttam Mohanty, launched the calendar digitally on Facebook.
“I had a great time shooting the calendar. These kids are the real stars of this project and I feel honoured to be featured in it,” said the Sister Sridevi actor.
Kaustav Saikia, an acclaimed photographer, did the photo shoot at various locales of this city.
The lens man was all praise of the actor.
“This was my second project with Babushaan. Needless to say, he is a great talent but he has also earned my respect by his soothing demeanour,” said Saikia.
The kids featured in the calendar are inmates of the shelter homes run by Odisha Patita Udhar Samiti, an NGO, production house sources said
