Odagaon: Odisha college student wedding video has gone viral on social media in which a girl and a boy from a college are seen taking marriage vows as per Hindu tradition.
The video has received a lot of criticism on social media as the girl and the boy were suspected to be minors.

The Odisha college students wedding video begins with the boy putting vermillion on the forehead of the girl which is a key ritual in a traditional Hindu wedding.
The video was recorded by another girl standing near the couple with her mobile phone’s front camera.
In the video, the boy puts bangles on the hands of the girl amid the utterances of hymns by his friends. Afterwards, the immaturely wedded couple takes the blessings of their friends who are seen laughing and enjoying the wedding.
The 30-second video features the boy, the girl and other students who are in college uniforms along with their identity cards performing amature wedding rites.
According to a source, the video was recorded on a college premises in Nayagarh district.
However, it is yet to be ascertained if the boy and the girl performed the wedding rituals for legal marriage or if it was just a social media stunt recorded as a reel to garner some likes and following.
