Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police here, Tuesday, claimed to have busted an interstate car lifting gang under Chandrasekharpur police limits and arrested five persons, including two women, in this connection. The arrested persons include two couples and another man, said a police official. The accused couples have been identified as Zahid Hussain and Shabana Siddique, residents of Tamil Nadu; Md Faraz Klrasi and Nasrin Begum, natives of West Bengal, and Isan Klrasi. The police officials have seized three cars, six mobile phones, and four fake number plates, bearing state codes of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, from their possession.
