Bissam Cuttack: Four private buses were gutted in fire at the Biju Patnaik bus stand under this block in Rayagada district Saturday afternoon.
Two fire engines were pressed into service to contain the blaze. According to reports, six buses belonged to a single owner were parked inside the bus stand out of which four caught fire.
While the exact reason behind the fire has not been ascertained, it is suspected that some miscreants could have set the buses on fire due to past enmity.
On being informed, local police reached the spot and started an investigation.
