Bhubaneswar, Jan 20: Advising students to upkeep the nation’s secular credentials, Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal supremo Naveen Patnaik Tuesday said they should raise voice against gender discrimination and other injustices.

The policy envisages scope for the youths to make progress in the next five years. It will help in their (students and youths) greater participation in state affairs.”
