YouTubers often perform stunts and pranks to gain likes and views on social media. However, one YouTuber’s antics landed him in serious trouble, leaving him full of regret.

A video of Ritesh Kumar, a resident of Aurangabad, Bihar, has gone viral. He was caught on camera slapping an unknown passenger on a moving train at Anugrah Narayan Road railway station in Bihar, causing an uproar on social media. According to the video’s caption, he slapped a man sitting by the window of the train because other passengers had refused to open the train doors. The train was reportedly headed to Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh. Kumar’s friend, who filmed the incident, posted the clip online, writing, “Hopefully, this will increase Kumar’s followers.”

The outrage soon caught the attention of the Railway Protection Force (RPF), which quickly tracked down and arrested the YouTuber. He was made to issue a public apology.

The RPF shared the video of Kumar’s arrest, stating:
“No compromise on passenger security! A YouTuber who slapped a passenger on a moving train for social media fame has been tracked and arrested by #RPF Dehri-on-Sone! Your safety matters to us reckless acts will not be tolerated.”

Facing backlash and legal consequences, Kumar released an apology video admitting his mistake. In the video, he says:
“I am a YouTuber from Aurangabad, Bihar. I create and post videos on Instagram to gain followers. I went to Anugrah Narayan Road railway station and slapped a passenger on a moving train to boost my following. It was my mistake, and I will not repeat it again. Please forgive me.”
