Bhubaneswar, Jan 1: The progress of construction work, equipment, manpower and efforts for Quality Council of India accreditation for National Council of Vocational Training affiliation are among the key issues to be discussed at a meeting of the principals of all government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the state here January 6.
The upcoming conference of principals is the second to be held after the one in November and will focus on all-round efforts to achieve the tag of model ITIs.
The meeting will also discuss the re-affiliation for 2015-16 and the plans for the ITIs that are coming up in the state.
The principals will also discuss the digitization of libraries and furnishing of reading rooms, according to the guidelines, according to sources.
