There is a country called Nigeria where girls aged between 15 and 17 years locked up and used to produce babies.
Later they are sold in other countries for cash.
This hidden baby trade is a scam which exploits both couples looking for children and young single girls who are pregnant but cannot get abortions because they are illegal. Single mothers are often stigmatised and shamed by the society.
The price is $4,000 for a girl and $5,000 for a boy.
One hospital’s owner said it help teenagers with unwanted pregnancies.
