New Delhi: Disgruntled over distribution of tickets in the state, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) activists from Odisha staged protest in front of the party headquarters here Tuesday.
The protestors expressed their displeasure over the party’s decision to not to give ticket to their favorite candidate Ajay Behera from Rajnagar Assembly constituency. They raised slogans against BJP candidate from Rajnagar Assembly seat Alekha Jena.
One of the protestors, Vibhu Sahoo said, “We don’t have any anguish with the party. We demand that Ajay Behera gets nominated from Rajnagar Assembly constituency.”
