BHUBANESWAR: The Chinese New Year 2019 starts Tuesday, although in China, celebrations take place somewhere between January 28 and February 19. Each year is represented by one of the 12 Chinese Zodiac signs with this year being that of the Pig.

The main course includes Keong Chill Mushroom and Tofu Sauce, Kung Pao Spicy Mix Vegetable, Corn and Water chestnut, Baby Corn Chill Butter Sauce Hot and Numbing Chicken, Chinese hot Basil Prawn, Fish Chill Yellow Bean Sauce, Lamb With oyster Mushroom. Rice and noodles include Shitake Mushroom baby Green Noodles, Udon Noodles, Cashew and chill flakes rice, Roast Rooster Fried Rice.
