Bhubaneswar, July 5: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Tuesday released two coffee table books ‘Nabakalebara 2015- A Visual Grandeur’ and ‘Nabakalebara 2015– Managing the Event of the New Millennium’ on eve of the annual Rath Yatra.
The ‘Nabakalebara 2015 – A Visual Grandeur’—a photographic presentation on Nabakalebar —has been published by the State Tourism Department.
This coffee table book has been published under the guidance of Development Commissioner R. Balkrishnan as Editor-in Chief-with editorial support of GK Dhal, principal secretary, Tourism, SC Mohapatra, chief administrator SJTA, Manoranjan Panigrahi, secretary, Culture.
Another book titled ‘Nabakalebara 2015 – Managing the Event of the New Millennium’ has been published by the information and public relations department.
The book contains details of historical perspectives, management of Nabakalebara 2015, good practices and challenges and other significant description.
The book featured all the events of Nabakalebara since 1936 till date.
It is a reference book on management of Nabakalebara and a guide to future events.
The book has been published under the guidance of development commissioner, R Balkrishnan as chief editor and with editorial support of SC Mohapatra chief administrator, SJTA, GK Dhal, principal secretary Tourism, Manoranjan Panigrahi, Secretary I & P.R Department, and Lenin Mohanty editor Orissa Review and Utkal Prasang.
