Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will personally hear public grievances Monday (June 30) from 10:30am onwards at Unit-2, Ashok Nagar here. According to a release from the Department of General Administration and Public Grievances, the session will be held on the premises of the erstwhile Government Primary School, located near Capital Nursery. “The hearing aims to provide citizens a direct platform to present their issues and seek redressal from the state’s highest executive authority,” the release said.
Online registration for the grievance hearing opened Friday and will be limited to 1,000 participants, accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Citizens can register through the official Public Grievance Portal (https:// janasunani.odisha.gov.in) or via the Janasunani mobile application. Participants must carry the registration acknowledgement, a valid identity proof, and documents related to their grievance when attending the hearing.
All attendees are advised to report to the venue on time to ensure smooth proceedings, the release added. To assist citizens in locating the venue, QR codes for Google Maps directions have been made available. The government has also launched an awareness drive through various media and communication platforms to maximise outreach.
