Bhubaneswar: Odisha Wednesday reported 175 new COVID-19 cases, taking the total tally in the state to 4,338.
Out of the 175 new cases, 145 were reported from quarantine centres while 30 were local contacts.
Mayurbhanj reported 5 new cases, Khurda 25, Sundargarh 5, Cuttack 3, Jagatsinghpur 7, Jharsuguda 1, Balasore 6, Kendrapara 1, Nuapada 4, Kandhamal 7, Bargarh 11, Puri 18, Gajapati 57, Bolangir 3 and Ganjam 1.
Additionally,21 fire service personnel who had returned from Cyclone Amphan duty in West Bengal also tested positive for the deadly virus.
The total number of active cases in Odisha now stands at 1,350.
