Marshaghai: Life in Kendrapara district is returning to normalcy following the violent clashes that took place between two groups of people celebrating the birth anniversaries of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Veer Surendra Sai. Police however continued to do the rounds and while doing so they seized Friday six bombs near a school compound at Pentha village in Marshaghai block.
Locals who spotted the bombs near Chhatrabandhu Vidyapeeth, informed the police who reached the spot and diffused the bombs. The cops have now launched an investigation to find how the bombs had arrived at the spot.
Police suspect that some anti-socials had stored the bombs to disrupt communal harmony which had been affected during the clashes. Hence they are taking all possible preventive measures to maintain law and order.
