It was on The Kapil Sharma Show that singer Neeti Mohan and her boyfriend Model and actor Nihaar Pandya confirmed their relationship and also revealed that they were all set to tie the knot on February 14. After playing hide and seek with the media for a very long time, the duo revealed some details of their courtship and impending nuptials, that will take place in the presence of close family and friends.
As per Nihaar’s own admission, he was already in love with Neeti long before he met her and we do not blame him. Who does not love Neeti, who has songs like Jiya Re, Ishq Wala Love, Kheech Meri Photo and Kashmir Main Tu Kanyakumari among other chartbusters to her credit?
Nihaar was quoted as saying in Mirror, “A friend of mine was a member of Aasma, the band that Neeti was a part of at the beginning of her career. I asked him several times to introduce us but that never happened. Coincidentally, I met her in Goa at the same friend’s wedding almost a year ago, and that’s when our love story started.”
In fact, Nihaar also re-created the pair’s proposal moment on the show and recalled, “We were taking a stroll around my farmhouse and upon reaching a pre-decided spot under a tree, I went down on one knee and asked her, ‘Tu shaadi karegi mujhse?” He also revealed that at the very moment, flowers started falling on both of them.
