Bargarh: A tractor driver was killed after the vehicle overturned in a field at Jandol village in Bheden police limits of Bargarh district on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Shyam Dalai.
According to sources, the tractor, while tilling a farmland, overturned and crushed Dalai. Locals rescued him and immediately took him to a health centre in Bheden. However, the doctors at the health centre pronounced him dead.
Police registered a case of unnatural death and further inquiry is underway.
