Angul: A roadside Romeo who was eve teasing at Sambalpur City Railway Station lost his legs while he was trying to flee the spot in a bid to escape the wrath of irked passengers.
According to reports, the youth of Phulpada area in Angul district passed derogatory comments to women passengers who were waiting for their trains at the railway station. When the woman passengers opposed him, a verbal duel ensued between them. However, when other passengers present there gathered, the youth in fear of apprehension tried to board a moving train and accidentally fell off the train as it ran over his left leg amputating it on the spot.
Later, he was rescued by the railway station authorities and admitted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.
