Bhubaneswar: Leading coaching institute FIITJEE won accolades for producing state toppers in JEE-Advanced examinations for four consecutive years.
“We celebrate not only the success of our institution in producing state toppers for last four consecutive years but also felicitate the students who excelled in the examinations this year,” said Ranajoy Bardhan, FIITJEE Bhubaneswar centre head.
He said the institute’s Sarthak Behera scored 82th in All India Ranking (AIR) whereas last year Swastik Sahoo was placed in AIR 382 position, Bismay Swain AIR 137 and Rohit Swain AIR 57 who have scored enough to be state toppers in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
Sarthak Behera together with JEE Advanced has also excelled in INMO, NSEP, NSSEC and NSEA examinations.
The Bhubaneswar and Cuttack centres have produced 75 candidates in open category selection which is a high number from a single institute in the state, another official said in this connection.
Sarthak Behera said, “I am grateful to the institute for helping me fulfil my dream of joining IIT. The rank enhancement programme conducted for the past eight months before JEE Advanced turned out to be a right course for my success.”
“It is the effective implementation of an Institute’s programmes to coach students in the right direction which helps them use their talent to excel in the competitive examinations,” said a parent.
Bardhan said they will continue their effort to generate more toppers and rank-holders with consistency in extending coaching facilities to the aspirants.
