Mumbai: The 2019 IIFA Awards was held in Mumbai recently with many Hindi film superstars gracing the red carpet.
One incident from the event that has been in the thick of discussion is a video of Salman Khan in which he stands up and whistles at Katrina Kaif’s performance on stage.
During the awards, the ‘Bharat’ actress won everyone’s hearts with a dance number. Not only this, as soon as the name of Katrina was announced for the performance in the awards show, Salman got up from his seat and started whistling and the video of the episode has gone viral on social media.

This video of Salman has been shared on Instagram by a fan club named salmankhannn. This video of ‘Dabangg Khan’ is very much liked by his fans who have shared it far and wide.
Besides Salman and Katrina, the award show was attended by some of the biggest stars of Hindi cinema like Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Rekha, Ayushman Khurana, Vicky Kaushal, Ranveer Singh and Madhuri Dixit.
On the work front, Salman will be next seen in ‘Dabangg 3’. So far, many pictures and videos related to the shooting of this film has been leaked.
Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter Saiee Manjrekar is making her debut in this upcoming movie.
The film is a sequel to the 2012 film ‘Dabangg 2’ and the third installment of the ‘Dabangg’ film series. It is written by Dilip Shukla.
Directed by Prabhudheva, the film also features Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan and Mahie Gill reprising their roles from the previous films, while Sudeep plays the antagonist. The film is scheduled for release 20 December 2019 in Hindi along with Kannada, Tamil & Telugu dubbed versions.
