Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of IMD in Bhubaneswar in its weather bulletin of July 27 said that the monsoon trough at mean sea level now passes through Bikaner, Kota, Raisen, Durg and centre of low-pressure area over south Odisha and adjoining north coastal Andhra Pradesh.
The weather agency also issued a Yellow Warning for heavy rainfall in several districts of the state.
Upto 8.30 AM of July 28: As per the Yellow Warning (be updated), heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Kalahandi, and Bolangir districts.
In the same timeframe, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of interior Odisha and at many places over the districts of coastal Odisha, the bulletin informed.
From 8.30 AM of July 28 to 8.30 AM of July 29: As per the Yellow Warning (be updated), heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Nuapada, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sambalpur, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj districts.
In the same timeframe, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur in many places over the districts of Odisha.
In Bhubaneswar, for the next 24 hours, a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershower is predicted by IMD. Maximum and minimum temperatures are very likely to be around 32.0 degree Celsius and 26.0 degree Celsius respectively.

In the last 24 hours, the highest maximum temperature of 34.2 degree Celsius was recorded at Jharsuguda while the lowest minimum temperature of 23.0 degree Celsius was recorded at Nabarangpur, the bulletin informed.
