Jagatsinghpur: Two farmers died after coming into contact with an electric wire while working in a field in Benukhand village under Jagatsinghpur Sadar police limits Monday.
According to reports, two farmers were working in the field when they accidentally came in contact with a live wire. They were rescued in critical condition and rushed to a hospital, where doctors declared them dead.
Police reached the spot after being informed and sent bodies for postmortem.
