Khurda: Unidentified bike-borne miscreants robbed Rs 2 lakh from a fish trader near Jatni Bypass Chhak in this district Tuesday night.
One of the miscreants took out a gun, pointed it at the trader and snatched away the bag containing money after intercepting the pick-up van that the trader was travelling.
Later, he lodged a complaint with the police. It is suspected that some people known to the trader might have plotted the robbery.
However, raids are being conducted at different places in Jatni and nearby areas to nab the criminals.
