FAMILY TIME
“Spending time with family is a must in my to-do list. It includes going out for lunch or dinner. I try to spend maximum time with my family and we explore new places in and around Mumbai. Often we travel to places outside the city. We indulge in various activities like water sports and cycling,” he says.
CRONIES
“If I spend a day with my friends then it’s a different ball game. I have a very select group of friends. We go out of Mumbai most of the time, to Goa or anywhere in India. But if we are in Mumbai, then we go out for a short drive or spend time at someone’s home. We gossip, chill out and we either prepare or order our brunch/dinner from outside and spend almost the entire day together,”?says the actor.
‘ME’ TIME
“I try to spend at least one hour daily with myself during which time I meditate. I also watch movies. If I am at home I watch films on Netflix. I try to watch as many good movies as possible. So, in a day I spend at least one or two hours with myself, so that I may have time to think about the future as well as the present,” he says.
HOBBIES
“During my leisure hours activities like swimming, horse riding, gyming and painting make my day. For me, it’s not really a big deal to take time out for my hobbies amidst all the work, because I feel if we love doing something we will definitely find time for it,” says the actor.
GYM RAT
The actor is a fitness freak and an early riser who starts his day with gyming. “I am usually an early riser and start my day at the gym,” says Narula.
