Lazy Morning
The feeling of Sunday starts from Sturday night itself when I with my friends go for an outing or a party. So it’s quite obvious that if there are late night parties Saturday nights then Sunday mornings will be lazy ones. I wake up late Sundays and the first thing I do is to have a cup of hot tea which adds fresh energy to the Sunday morning.

Spending time with dear ones
Sunday is special as I get time to spend with my family, friends and cousins. There is no such hard-and-fast rule that I have to spend time with particular people. In the afternoon I go for lunch sometimes with my family, sometimes with friends and sometimes with cousins. Sometimes it so happens that in the evening I with my family go to a theatre to watch a movie. I like to watch movies which are intense and which have some value for my life and I don’t watch movies just for the sake of entertainment or just to kill my boredom. In Bollywood my favourite actors are Ranbir Kapoor and Aamir Khan and in Hollywood the actors whose movies I love to watch are Christian Bale and Anne Hathaway.
Relaxation
Sunday is the day to relax, so I spend the day by pampering myself — that is by back massage and foot massage. Its not just the day to feel relax physically, but mentally too. My way to spend Sundays is to relax all the time.
Complete ‘NO’
The first thing which I don’t like to do on Sundays is work. I also don’t like to take official phone calls. I also don’t like to work out or go to the gym. Sunday is the day when I don’t worry about time as it the day to relax and chill.
‘Me’ time
My ‘me’ time mostly involves travelling no matter whether in India or outside, as I love to travel a lot. And if I am not travelling then I read books — spiritual books, self- help books and motivational books which give me some positive thoughts in life.
Practice
On Sundays I take out some time for my practice. I practice in the morning for two hours and another session in the evening.
