Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Sunday extended their wishes to the people of the state on occasion of 75th Independence Day.
“On the auspicious occasion of 75th #IndependenceDay, Honourable Governor wishes everyone and exhorts all to take a pledge to make our state #Odisha one of the best in #India #JaiHind #IndependenceDayIndia,” Governor Lal’s official Twitter handle said.

Taking to his personal Twitter account, Patnaik wrote in Odia, “My good wishes and season’s greetings to all on the occasion of 75th Independence Day. Let us be determined to build a prosperous India while maintaining the unity and integrity of our country.”
It is pertinent to mention here that the 75th Independence Day is being celebrated all over the country to mark yet another milestone in the history of the world’s largest democracy.
