The Pahili Bhoga ritual begins at Shri Jagannath Temple in Puri and continues for nearly a month. As part of the Pahili Niti, Lord Jagannath is offered variety of traditional delicacies, including pitha made from lentils and wheat flour, sweetened with ghee and jaggery, along with Dhanu Muan and several other offerings
