Bhubaneswar, April 22: Orissa’s semifinal chances were ruined after they were held to a 3-3 draw by Sports Authority of India (SAI) in a Pool-A match of the Vth Senior Mens’ Hockey Championship at Pune, Wednesday.
Orissa took a three-goal lead through goals from Dilip Toppo, Irsad Mirza and Abhishek Singh. But then their defence failed to hold onto the advantage and SAI came strongly hit back with three goals of their own and draw the game.
