Bhubaneswar: Ace para shuttler of Orissa Pramod Bhagat emerged champion in the SL-3 singles event of the State Para Badminton Championships, which concluded here Sunday. In the final Pramod defeated Dileswar Rao 21-17, 21-15.
In the SL 4 singles Dip Ranjan Bisoi defeated Subhrajit Moharana 21-17, 15-21, 21-15 to clinch the title. In the SL5 Akshaya Sahoo emerged champion after defeating Rajesh Sahoo 21-14, 21-13.
In the doubles Dip Ranjan Bisoi partnered with Amarendra Behera to emerge champions after beating the duo of Pramod and Dileswar 16-21, 21-19, 21-14.
In the women’s singles Rita Das emerged victorious after beating Susama Mandala 21-16, 21-15.
