Bhubaneswar: Rain accompanied with lightning will lash across the State between February 8 and 10 under the impact of a strong western disturbance approaching Eastern India, MeT reports said.
As per a latest bulletin used by the Regional MeT Department, “Light rain or thunder shower is likely to occur at one or two places over 12 districts including Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Balangir, Sonepur, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj from February 8 to February 9”. Besides, light rain likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of north and south coastal Odisha from February 9 to February 10.
Besides, dry weather likely to prevail over the districts of spith interior Odisha, the bulletin read. This apart, cold and dry weather condition will continue to prevail across Odisha till February 7.
