Mumbai: Producer-director Mahesh Bhatt is among the few film industry people who openly express their views on every issue and sometimes face backlash because of it.
Apart from his films, Mahesh also stays in the news for his personal life. Recently, social media is flooded with the news of his death. According to social media, the director died of an apparent heart attack but his daughter Pooja Bhatt has come forward to reveal the truth.
Pooja Bhatt wrote on Twitter: “To the rumour mongers and the ones who called in a genuine state of panic upon hearing that my father @MaheshNBhatt had a heart attack and is dead, here is ample proof that he is his usual self, living dangerously and kicking! In red shoes no less!”

The Cine and TV Artists Association (CINTAA) shared a post in which they mourned the demise of Bhatt. It is that the rumours of his death were triggered by this post. When an entertainment website spoke to Bhatt’s brother Mukesh about this, he said: “My brother is absolutely fine. His health is also well and he is busy with ‘Sadak 2’.”

Bhatt is busy with the sequel to ‘Sadak’. Alia Bhatt will be seen working with her father for the first time in the film. The sequel stars Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur.
Recently, before Mahesh Bhatt, a rumor was also raised about Amisha Patel after which her fans were worried. News spread on social media that Amisha’s car was involved in an accident. After this news went viral, Amisha herself revealed the whole truth. She wrote on Twitter: “I am completely fine. All rumors of me being in a car accident are completely false. Thank you for this love and concern.”
