TV couple Sheena Bajaj and Rohit Purohit looked like a made-for-each-other couple at their colourful haldi and mehendi ceremony which was held on January 21. And on the same night, they had an engagement party where Sheena went down on her knees to propose to her man of dreams, Rohit. The Porus actor also got down on his knees and accepted the proposal as the duo exchanged rings.
Rohit looked dapper in a white suit, while Sheena made for a pretty bride-to-be in a pink lehenga. Sheena and Rohit made a smashing entry at their engagement bash on a vintage scooter.
Sheena Bajaj of Mariam Khan – Reporting Live fame and Porus actor Rohit Purohit are all set to get married today (January 22) at a resort located in the outskirts of Jaipur. Jaipur is Rohit’s hometown. The wedding will happen as per both the traditions — Marwari and Punjabi (Sheena is a Punjabi and Rohit is a Marwari).
The couple is tying the knot in a grand affair in the presence of close family and friends. The wedding is attended by Rohit and Sheena’s close friends like Aarti Chabria, Himanshu Soni, Saurabh Dubey and wife Zara Barring, Aniruddh Dave to name a few. Right after the wedding, rather than going on a honeymoon to some different location, Rohit has planned to take Sheena on a road trip. He would be taking Sheena on a Rajasthan darshan via road, exploring cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Pali, etc, before heading to Mumbai.
