Rourkela: Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) women’s team finished third at the State Senior Volleyball Championships which was played recently at Kamakhya Nagar in Dhenkanal, Tuesday. They lost in the semifinals and had reached the last four stage defeating teams from Bhadrak, Paradip, Sambalpur, Jagatsinghpur and Bhubaneswar. It was indeed a creditable performance by the Rourkela girls as they beat higher-ranked teams in the process.
