Rs 15 lakh looted by bike-borne miscreants in Khurda

Khurda: Three bike-borne miscreants came in on a motorcycle and looted around Rs 15 lakhs from a petrol pump staffer in Khurda district Monday morning.

The victim was on his bike on NH-16 when this loot occurred. The miscreants came, and attacked him with an axe. Then they snatched his bag and motorcycle, leaving him injured.

“I was carrying Rs 15,50,700 when three miscreants on another motorcycle attacked me and snatched away the money,” said the Braj Kishore Natua aka Ladu. The Sadar police have reached the spot and have started their investigation.
