Actress Sara Ali Khan has revealed her interest in politics and has expressed her desire get involved in it in the near future. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter is currently shooting for the ‘Love Aaj Kal’ sequel.
Sara expressed her interest in politics during a recent event which she and her dad attended. They also talked on the importance of education in a person’s life.
It is worth mentioning here, that Sara holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Columbia in the US.
For Sara education is important as it will help her succeed when she enters the political fray. “Acting has always been my first priority, but if I get the chance to turn into a successful politician, I would like to do politics too and for that education is important,” the actor has said.
Sara made her debut in the Hindi film industry with ‘Kedarnath’ with Sushant Singh Rajput as the hero. However, it was Simmbaa with Ranveer Singh which catapulted her to super stardom. The film grossed more than Rs 100 crore at the box office.
On the work front, Sara is busy shooting for ‘Love Aaj Kal’ sequel which has Kartik Aryan paired with her.
