After the stupendous success of Judwaa 2, David Dhawan, father of youth icon Varun Dhawan reportedly wishes to remake one of his biggest hits, Coolie.No.1.
Buzz has it that Sara Ali Khan might play Karisma Kapoor’s character while Varun will obviously play Govinda’s character. This is indeed good news for fans of both Sara and Varun.
Earlier, there were reports that the two would star in ABCD 3. However, the reports turned out to be false as Shraddha Kapoor was approached after Katrina Kaif exited due to date issues.
While Sara is on a roll, after the super success of Simmba, her debut film Kedarnath also turned out to be a box office hit.
Her bubbly energy and vivacious personality will match with Varun’s dynamic energy. Interestingly, just a while back, on Karan Johar’s chat show, Sara had said that she dreams of seeing herself on the big screen with Varun Dhawan. Looks like the dream might come true.
