Bhubaneswar: The members of Odisha Mandira Sevayat Sangha Saturday met 5T Chairman VK Pandian at Naveen Nivas and thanked Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for his efforts to transform various temples and heritage sites in the state. The servitors also expressed gratitude to Chief Minister on behalf of all temple servitors for creating a new identity by sanctioning funds to small temples in the rural areas under the Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha scheme. Along with that, they also expressed gratitude to the 5T Chairman for initiating steps to solve the problems of temples and servitors during his visits to various districts. The servitors also thanked the Chief Minister for his steps in developing and transforming the ancient temples and mutts.
During the meeting, the 5T Chairman discussed with the servitors the inauguration of the ongoing Srimandir Heritage Corridor project and sought their full cooperation to make the programme successful. During the interaction, servitors’ sangha president Kameshwar Tripathi (Baripada Jagannath Temple), secretary Sinhari Alok Khuntia (Sakshigopal Temple), coordinator Devi Pani (Biraja Temple), chief whip Subash Mishra and other senior members were present.
