South Africa opt to bat against England in semifinal

Cape Town: South Africa skipper Sune Luus won the toss and opted to bat against England in the women’s T20 World Cup semifinal here Friday.

The hosts are unchanged while England have brought in Lauren Bell in place of Freya Davies.
