Start your day with these positive habits to make it better

Negative habits make the day boring. That’s why a good start in the morning determines how one spends the day. According to fitness experts, negative habits are bad for health. Getting rid of them becomes very important for good health.

Breakfast: The first meal of the morning should be carbohydrate, protein and fibre rich while spicy food should be avoided. During this, relying on caffeinated drinks such as tea or coffee is not good. These drinks wake people up immediately from sleep, but they have a direct effect on health. Due to the consumption of sugary and caffeinated drinks, sugar levels spike even among the youth. To save time in the morning, prepare juice of any fruit at night and keep it in the fridge and drink it first thing in the morning.

Ignoring cleanliness: It is not right to turn off the alarm and go to sleep again. By doing this, the time of breakfast, preparation and cleaning goes out of hand and ultimately one reaches the office late. According to experts, this creates a feeling of negativity in you. When you avoid others because of not wearing clean clothes, then the feeling of inferiority comes home and as a result, your entire day is spoiled. Taking a bath and cleaning up in the morning is very important – especially for those who go out of the house. Getting up early means, you get time to brush teeth, bath and wear good clothes. This habit increases your confidence and in this way, your day will be better.

Make a list of the day’s work: After completing the night’s sleep, prepare a list of your work in your mind. Think about the major works you have to do in the day – especially the ones that need to be completed. Similarly, 10 minutes before sleeping at night, recall the entire day and try to figure out what mistake should not be repeated in the morning the next day.

Avoid mobile phone: Do not use mobile phone as soon as you wake up in the morning. Stay away from news and social media because the use of mobile immediately after a broken sleep is not at all good for mind and eyes.

Exercise: Try to start the day with exercise or walk for at least 30 minutes. During this, you can also enjoy your favourite music as well.
