Mumbai: The late Sushant Singh Rajput’s gym partner has made a sensational allegation that the actor’s rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her ‘sugar daddy’ Mahesh Bhatt conspired to murder him.
Sunil Shukla, Sushant’s former gym partner, made an allegation on a news channel that Rhea used to consult with her father, a doctor, for medicines for Sushant. Shukla further went on to add that Sushant was killed by her ‘two daddies’ – Rhea’s biological father and her ‘sugar daddy’ Mahesh Bhatt.
Shukla claimed that Rhea gave medicines to Sushant prescribed by her father. Shukla insisted that there was absolutely nothing wrong with Sushant’s mental fortitude. He said that he used to meet with the late actor and work out together in the gym. According to Shukla, Sushant was taking a multivitamin supplement.
Sukhla believes that even though 66 days have been passed since Sushant’s death, the CBI still has an advantage because four people inside the house including Sushant and that three of the witnesses have given contradictory statements which prove that the actor’s death was planned.
The CBI team probing the death Sunday took the late actor’s personal staff back to his flat in Bandra for further questioning and to recreate the crime scene again.
It also visited the Waterstone resort where he had spent two months and was there for over two hours as it tried to determine how Sushant was behaving when he was staying there.
The CBI team continued the questioning of Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani and personal staff Neeraj Singh and Dipesh Sawant as it found some ‘inconsistencies’ in their statements, as per agency sources.
