Bargarh: A youth was electrocuted after he came in contact with a live electric wire at Padampur in Bargarh district Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Rohit Bag (25) of Belpahar area in Jharsuguda district.
According to reports, Rohit who was working at Sitaram Lodge in Padampur was engaged in cleaning work when he accidentally came in contact with a 33 KV wire this morning and was electrocuted.
Meanwhile, Rohit’s family members have alleged that he was not provided with any safety equipments for which the mishap occurred.
