Jatni: A 19-year-old youth was crushed to death under a train near Rathipur level-crossing, around five-km from Khurda Road railway station here, Thursday, a GRP official said Friday.
The victim has been identified as Siddhant Sahu of Budhapada here.
Khurda Road government railway police (GRP) officials suspect it as a case of suicide. “However, the exact cause of death would be ascertained after the autopsy report arrives,” the official said, adding that they have registered a case (67/19) of unnatural death in this regard.
