Joda: A youth and a woman were arrested in connection with a rape attempt on a minor girl here in Keonjhar Thursday. The police action came following a complaint in this regard. Sahib Ali, who had an illicit relationship with a married woman, allegedly made an attempt to rape the latter’s 12-year-old kin. The woman allegedly helped Sahib in this act. Police registered a case and arrested the duo. A further probe was on, a police officer said.
