5T Secretary VK Pandian visits Ekamra Kshetra project site, reviews progress

Bhubaneswar: Secretary to the Chief Minister VK Pandian visited the Ekamra Kshetra development project Monday morning where he reviewed the progress of work along with other senior officials.

Pandian directed to speed up rehabilitation of shopkeepers and discussed with the senior officials regarding the progress of land acquisition process and how to resolve the traffic issue at Mausi Maa Chhak area. Besides that, he emphasised on the development of alternate roads at the earliest and the cleaning of debris in and around the area.

Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Works department Krishan Kumar and Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary were present on the occasion.

Notably, the Ekamra Kshetra development project which was started as a 5T initiative has been progressing well.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had also visited the project site last week and had expressed his satisfaction over the progress so far.
